During the spring festival holidays, i spent lots of time to check my email, and if there is any new letters then i will first of all to reply my client asap, and let them feel that i am perfessional in my work and i pay high attention on all of them, so this is the point to do business in all field, and also i kept my phone on all the time in case of any of my clients calls me so i make sure that they can get in touch with me, and i always check my phone battery, if there is little lefe then i always charge it, this is the normal and basic thing to do as a recruiter and i did it, because i always keep my mind in this, and i know for sure that this is the key to success.

So i just keep in touch with Frank during the holidays and keep a very good relationship with him, and let him count on me, so i did it, and i do it very well, i asked him that how is he doing and how will he spend his spring festival, because Frank has already left his place in wuxi, he rent the house but after i got him this job in quanzhou and after he signed the contract with the school so he just left the place where he is living and now he stays in the hotel with his fiancee, before he wanted to go to the school direct and live in the apartment that shcool offers, but i just told him that because the spring fesstival is coming and the school will soon have holidays, so there is be no one to recieve him, so i just advise him to stay and arrive the school after the holidays, so he also agreed, but he just left his place so fast and now living in the hotel, which means he will spend lots of money on it which is unnecessary i think, but really there is nothing i can do cause i told him about this but he still insist to do so, so i can do nothing but only respect his decition, but still i worried about him, i really don’t know why he arrange like this, so by the same time that he told me his fiancee is pregnent, i said ‘what?’ but of course first of all i will say wow ! Frank congratulations that you soon be a father, he is so exited and happy that can not discrib it, i told him that i am also very happy for him and his fiancee, but at the same time i noticed that this is a very hard case that i have ever been to, cause he has a pregnency fiancee and which means that when he arrives the shcool then there will be lots of toubles that i can not even imagine now, so suddenly i just felt very presure and this is giving me headache really, this is a very difficult case, i will see what to do after the holidays.

So when we started working and the school also back to work, Frank just arrives the school with his fiancee, and this is just a first step, we still have a long road to go now, so once he got his apartment he just called me direct that he complains that in his apartment, there is something that he need, like the television, so i just called the school directly and talk with them abou Frank, after the shcool knows all his needs then the head master of the shcool just decide to buy a new televistion for him, and he also complains about the roof, that is not clean enough, so i confirm about this with the school and they said that they will tell the workers to fix this problem for him, so after all these are done, then Frank has no other problems, the he started his work in the school.

I have to say that he is really a good and a responsible teacher to his students, and i also like him because of that and the school too also like him, he really did a good job, he buys his students suger in the class for the games, and this money is from his own poket, so i really happe for that and the shcool is also happy too, that i think i get the right person for the shcool, so i just proud of my job and also felt well satisfied, but the only problem is that Frank does not have enough money with him and he has to take care of his fiancee, i really pity him, and i told him that i will do all that i can for him to help him out of the problem, he said he really appreciated it.

So i just told my manager the case about Frank, and my manager said that we will pay his salary in advance for him and feed himself and his fiancee, so every month we do the same, but Frank is a kind of person that very serious with every word you say, and serious with the time, for example if you tell him to send money to him at 1:00pm, then by that time you must send the money to him with no even a second delay, if you send late then he will bazz you all the time and balme you paly him like toy, which is really make feel so tired with him and have no word to say to him, i remember there is a time that he mad with me cause i did not send money to him on the time i promised, so me and him just had a quarrel that time, so i cut off his phone and stop talking to him, but later we solved this problem and now everything is fine, and the school pays us the agency fees.
