MasterMind Education is a British owned company with the aim of providing a highly motivating education for young learners. Based in Guangzhou, we aim to nurture curiosity and creativity in a secure learning environment to develop not only the children’s English language skills, but also their cultural awareness, international mindset, youth leadership and social responsibilities, and give them the confidence to grow into a better future with skills needed in the 21st century.
Our students are mainly between 3 to 12 years old in our language program. Using English as main language for class delivery and in day-to-day communication in our teaching team and amongst our students, we also provide courses for advanced level learners who are Chinese, and also international students living in China. We are an award-winning institute and recognized as one of the best institutes in China teaching Cambridge materials to young learners. ME provides courses including:

经验：2年或以上相关工作经验（不是必须）
合同期：1年或以上
年龄：24-35岁
证书：CELTA/TEFL/TESOL
Nationality: Native English-speaking countries (visa requirement)
Degree: Bachelor and above
Major: Prefer Education/English/Linguistics/Early Childhood Education but not a must
Experience: 2 years or more in related field (not a must)
Contract Period: At least 1 year
Age: Between 24 to 35
Qualification: CELTA/TEFL/TESOL certificate
工作内容：
教学内容：英语口语、剑桥英语、英语文学与戏剧、社交情感与素质培养课程、跨文化学习
课时数：每周固定工作时间40小时，每月合同内教学时间最多72小时
班级学生人数：8至12人/每班
学生年龄段：3至13岁（会根据教师实际能力及教学安排确定实际带班年龄）

薪资待遇：
基础薪资：13000-23000（根据能力和经验定）
奖金：有
1000-3000绩效奖金（按工作完成度当月发放）
当月总收入奖金提成（按实际收入达标为准）
试听签约奖金（按月发放）
合约到期奖金（半个月至一个月工资，合约结束后发放）
住宿补贴：有（校外，公寓单间）

外教中介佣金和发放方式：
每个外教的悬赏赏金母语外教为9000元，外教到岗7日内支付50%给外教中介机构，外教到岗满30日付清余款。
注意：
外教三个月内因自身原因或外教中介方原因离职，需要免费换一名。
