1986年吉的堡正式成立。吉的堡现已在台湾地区及大陆地区的北京、上海、天津、广州、青岛、杭州、深圳、西安、温州、成都、大连、哈尔滨、长春、等大中城市成立校区八百余所。

Shi Jie Kid Castle School was founded in 2003 as a professional English training school. The ages of students range from 3 to 15 years old. We have four well-equipped branches in Harbin city with more than 3000 students and 95 teachers in total. 15 of the 95 teachers are ESL teachers, mainly coming from America, Canada, Australia and Britain. We have a foreign teacher manager that helps the other foreign teachers deal with any problems they may have during they work at our school.
SCHOOL ENVIRONMENT
Philosophy
Teamwork is key in our organization; we believe that learning from each other is the best way to grow. We listen to feedback from our teachers, and many suggestions that we have received have implemented changes, and spurred progress within the company.
Respect
At Kid Castle, we firmly believe in creating a happy environment, for students, teachers, and everyone else working in the school. Many of our foreign teachers become good friends with their co-teachers and other colleagues. We have a large number of foreign teachers who have worked at our school for more than three years, with many staying much longer than that. Furthermore, foreign teachers who show exceptional talent and professionalism are recognized, and promoted to head teacher.
Sharing
The Chinese are friendly and generous by nature. It is very common for a Kid Castle member of staff to bring a local delicacy into work to share with everyone. During special events, your colleagues will be keen to let you try local specialties such as moon-cakes during moon festival, and zong zi (a kind of rice dumpling) during dragon boat festival. Most schools offer a free lunch to full time teachers who work in the mornings and afternoons.
Atmosphere
At each branch, the staff at the reception desk welcomes the students and teachers, as they arrive to start the school day. A foreign teacher cannot walk very far in the school without being recognized: all the students will greet you cheerfully as you go through the school. When you arrive in the classroom, your students will be very excited to see you, the younger students will want to give you a hug and play with you.
Curriculum
For over 30 years, we have been developing a curriculum that teaches effectively with the emphasis on fun. We believe that happy students learn the most, and positive reinforcement is heavily promoted. The Kid Castle curriculum is well established in the form of textbooks and lesson aids for all three programs. Resources include textbooks, workbooks, CDs, assessments, and teacher's guides (including lesson plans, ideas, and teaching information).
A Typical Lesson
Usually, the foreign teacher will often teach the students the following:
Letters of the alphabet
A corresponding word and rhyme (for example, A = apple. Apple, apple on a tree.)
Vocabulary (this gets gradually more difficult as the students work through the books)
Basic sentence patterns
A dialogue ( after teaching the students should act out a role play)
One or two activities/games
Review and demo classes after each book
Support
Each classroom usually has between 8 and 20 students. In classes with young learners, you will have a co-teacher who will help whenever necessary. The co-teacher will have other responsibilities for the class (usually communicating with parents, checking homework, completing administrative duties, etc.). For most classes, the foreign teacher's main objective is to strengthen the students English speaking and listening skills.
TRAINING
New teachers complete an initial training program which covers the basics of teaching. Curriculum, methods, classroom management, lesson planning, and general teaching tips are introduced during the initial training program.
Training is ongoing. There are several workshops per year held at the head office, and each branch also organizes its own training sessions. Our workshops are interactive, and tailored to the needs of the foreign teacher. During the workshops, teachers share each others experiences of working in the classroom, work in groups to solve tasks, watch a teaching demonstration by an experienced teacher, and participate in various discussions and activities related to teaching.
HARBIN KID CASTLE
We now have 4 schools in close proximity of each other in Harbin and all of our staff work together as one team. Our first school opened 15 years ago and we have been expanding ever since. There is a friendly atmosphere in all 4 schools and the foreign teachers will feel like they are celebrities! You will work a maximum of 22 teaching hours per week with a minimum of 3 hours office time, however, you will be expected to plan your own lesson plans during or after this time.
Harbin
Harbin is a great city to live in with lots of diversity and adventure to be had. The locals will treat you as a special guest and you will find people saying hello to you wherever you go. 外教个人情况：身体健康，无犯罪记录，热爱教学，具备相关经验，活泼开朗
合同期：1年
外教资历：TESOL 100小时以上
工作内容：
工作时间：每周22小时教学时间，3小时教研时间。每节课40分钟。 休息日2天（周一至周五，周末不休）
教授课程：英语口语听说会话 高级别阅读/写作
学生年龄：3-15岁
班级人数：小班制，幼儿每班不超过15人，少儿不超过20人
坐班情况：除上课时间外，不坐班
薪资待遇：
薪资和发放方式： 13.5k,每月10日发上一月工资
住宿：提供住宿公寓，位于市中心，40-60平米设备完善（冰箱、洗衣机、空调、热水器、电视，网络等）。距学校15分钟路程。外教需要自行支付水电、煤气、网络费用。
假期休假： 假期休假：全年寒暑假两次15天左右 。9天带薪假Paid holidays are as follows 1 New Year, 1 May Holiday, 1 Mid Autumn, 3 National Day, and 3 Spring Festival.
签证办理：帮助办理签证，提供工作签
旅游和交通：假期旅行
助教：每节课中教助教
受聘方如有家属随行，费用自理。
外教中介佣金和发放方式：
每个外教的悬赏赏金为8000元，外教到岗10日内支付给外教中介机构

外教三个月内因自身原因或外教中介方原因离职，需要免费换一名。
