Introduction to Happy Goal 　　Happy Goal Kid’s English is an English training center for young students aged 3-12 years old, affiliated with the hugely successful Web International adult English training center. 　　We are looking to recruit foreign teachers who are native English speakers with a University degree and a TEFL/ESL qualification (or equivalent). Ideally they will also have teaching experience, though this is not always necessary as we do have our own teacher training program. 　　Our foreign teachers are expected to prepare lesson plans and teach the students English, although there is always a Chinese teaching assistant in the classroom in case there are any problems. The right candidate will enjoy working with children and have lot’s of energy and enthusiasm, be patient, kind-hearted, reliable and responsible. 　　They will work for 40 hours per week, but there will be no more than 22 classes per week. The class size ranges from 6-12 students, classes are 45 minutes long, and we teach from an Oxford University Press textbook, so the curriculum is very structured. The centers are modern (built in summer 2012) and equipped with computers, electronic whiteboards and a play area. 　　We will provide accommodation, training and support (help with getting a Chinese phone, bank account, etc.), but it is the applicants responsibility to obtain a Z (work) visa for the position. The salary will be 9,000 RMB/month, with the potential of a performance-related bonus of up to 1,000 RMB per quarter.
