●         Receptionist   – Have worked as head receptionist on numerous occasions, with duties ranging   from creating reservations to efficiently resolving guest complaints whether   it be a technological fault with the room or general complaints and queries

●         Bar work –   Managing stock levels and snacks, creating a happy and friendly atmosphere as   well as diffusing inflammatory situations.

●         Managing   stock intake and house accounts.

●         Ensuring a   high level cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchens.

Key Achievements

●         Team   maintained consistent place in the top 30 ranked in London.
