I have taught children aged 6 – 18 English in China for the past 18 months in Chenzhou, Hunan, China. When I arrived in, the school was in desperate need of solid leadership and direction. Within several months, I was promoted to Manager. Since my arrival:
§ Teaching standards and quality have risen and the school has expanded. § We have established a standardized student assessment system, a teacher evaluation system and standardized lesson plans. § Additionally, I have recruited and trained teachers, evaluated new course material, established new curriculum, designed the new school.
