Housekeeping Supervisor( Public Area)
Duties & Responsibilities:
To wear appropriate uniform, maintain good grooming and personal hygiene.
To report ahead of time and attend daily briefing with Executive and Assistant Executive Housekeeper .
To conduct daily briefing with the staffs and train them the proper handling of cleaning chemicals, cleaning machines and housekeeping cleaning procedure.
To assign the staff to their duties and monitor them in the area.
Conduct daily inspection in public area to maintain the cleanliness and orderliness.
To appraise the staff according to their performance .
To conduct monthly inventory of amenities, linens , towels and other housekeeping equipment and supplies .
To check for losses and breakages, lost and found items and maintenance.
To handle guest complaints..
To deliver guest request.
Perform any other duties as required by the Executive Housekeeper.
To make an immediate report if there is any incident or accident in the area.
In charge of provisioning of housekeeping supplies.
To ensure that all staff’s side duties are done properly and secure the area, lockers, pantry and trolleys before knockoff.
To make an endorsement to a shift reliever and make a daily report.
