教育经历
I graduated from the Helsinki Business College majoring in Information Technology and Service Desk / Help Desk, summer 2008.
In 2010 I was trained by the Helsinki city and graduated to be an office usher, for my previous job.
Finnish/European and International Drivers License (which is not valid at China).
I have a Finnish first aid card as well, which was required by my last employer.
And I have undergone through a wide variety of different courses offered and required by my last employer The Helsinki City.

I gave computer related lessons to seniors usually once a week, sometimes many times a week at that school. The lessons were about how to use the computers basic operations. As an example, how do Internet banking, photo editing, text editing etc. I think that they were satisfied because some of them came to my courses for many years.
Since 2009 I have worked with the Helsinki city school called ”Helsingin työväenopisto”. It is a school for adults, the school has about 100 000 teaching hours every year. I solved problems related to courses and lessons, teachers, students, some accounting, software and hardware on many different machines and systems.
I assisted teachers and students if they had any questions or were in need of assistance related to their studies or courses. I often had to get involved with the accounting as well, because some of the students did not pay or paid an incorrect amount.
I have also undergone through the Helsinki city eco-support training (this is a very important value to the Helsinki city). Which basically is how to conserve energy, how to produce less waste, guide others when making new purchases on what kind of equipment would be the best.
