Research Works - Director of Studies, Member of the Academic Board Research Works is a non-profit organization with the registration of the Cambridge University society. The aims of the society are as follows: (1) The Society’s aims is to boost the China-Western academic communication, promote educational and scientific research, organize the research workshop and academic forum, introduce the advanced academic ideas and fruits from top universities to high schools and colleges in China. (2) In pursuance of its aims the Society will construct a platform for scholars from Western- China to carry out joint research program. The society functions as a bond for the academic project, which connects Chinese and Western scholars through common research interests. The Board's main role is to receive information across our society and to consider the development of academic and related activities of the society and the resources needed to support them, also become familiar with the programs and activities organized, and coordinated by the society . Precisely, consultant in the sales of the various consumer goods from Serbia in Switzerland, Australia and New Zealand. Also, worked on the distribution of the Turkish coffee brand in Montenegro. CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER 11.11.2013 – 06.02.2015 Subsidiary company, acquired in a process that I have been heavily involved, then appointed to the CEO of this footwear retail & wholesale company with 10 stores in Montenegro and 50 employees. Alongside, I have executed all the duties at the parent “UNO-NK” company. Finally, succeeded in a total overhaul of the business, with limited resources available, ending the first financial year with a significant profit margin and investment repayment. UNO-NK D.O.O. RETAIL MANAGER 25.6.2012 - 06.02.2015 Started in the Internship program which followed by promotion to the position of Retail manager in a leading footwear retail & wholesale company in Montenegro, managing a team in charge for profitable functioning of 36 stores all over the country with approximately 150 employees. Furthermore, during that period I was leading complete reorganization of the company. SUMMARY Considerable understanding of the general, retail, wholesale, sales management, e-commerce, customer service, logistics, procurement, marketing, consulting, recruitment process and staff training, mixed with constant drive towards developing the new distribution channels, information technology innovations, strategic planning and organizational growth.
