v Worked with Team Freight – Nordics (Sweden, Denmark and Finland) 1. Had been a part of Work Shadowing to countries Sweden and Denmark in October’13 and January’14 respectively for process named “Haulier Crediting”. 2. Preparing Process Maps in Visio. 3. Conducting training for new joiners 4. Regular follow up with the country for any issues or queries. 5. SPOC for Business Partner 6. Reviewing and Updating SOP’s. 7. Preparing Staffing Module to validate the FTE count.
v Promoted to Team Leader w.e.f 24th Jan’ 2015 for DHL - Industrial Projects. 1. Been a part of Kick off meets 2. Travelled to Houston, Texas for Process Work Shadowing 3. Preparing SOP’s, Process Swimlane, Staffing Module, FTE Utilization 4. Setting up the team and completing all the deliverables required for the process. 5. Management work – Attendance, Productivity, Reports, Performance, Roster, Shift Planning.

House Bill and Master Bill creation (Germany) 5. Data Cleansing for Reporting projects (DHL USA) 6. Uploading shipment documents (Global) 7. Crediting hauliers for all the road freight shipments for countries Sweden, Finland and Denmark 8. Correction of EDI (Scandinavian Countries) 9. Updating/correction of Consignee address 10. Sending out Shipment note (Germany) 11. Sending shipment prealerts (Germany)
