Experience May 2013-present Aston Educational Group Chongqing, China Location Manager · Responsible for the complete oversight and operation of Chongqing Aston school with over 200 students enrolled, including tracking and maintaining an operations budget of RMB 1.9M; setting monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals; hiring Chinese and foreign employees; staff scheduling, supervision and evaluation; and addressing parent feedback and concerns. · Engaged area schools and businesses in support of school sales and marketing to increase channels for new student recruitment. · Spearheaded marketing efforts to better leverage Aston brand in highly competitive environment. May 2012-May 2013 Aston Education Group Chengdu, China · Assist the city director in supervision of all departments—including HR, sales & marketing, and financial—at Aston schools in Chengdu city and ensure operations are in compliance with company standards. · Direct oversight over training and teacher staff through monthly observations, evaluations and workshops. · Oversaw school transition to company-wide updated curriculum, including re-design of school grounds and interior, integration of new course materials, and scheduling/hosting training of Chinese and foreign teachers to achieve updated course objectives. · At request of R&D department, designed new course lesson plans in support of aforementioned curriculum update.
