Physical Training Instructor for the MOD 2012 - 2014 ?xml:namespace>
Working within a large and very busy organization as part of a team of 10 military and civilian personnel, which forms an integral part of the military Training Centre. Responsibilities include taking daily physical conditioning sessions for phase two soldiers, permanent staff and civilian MOD employees. Ensuring recruits are physically prepared for the operational demands of the field army Sessions include: circuit training, endurance training, battle PT, interval training, strength and conditioning, sports training and swimming training. As a lead instructor presentations would often be given detailing certain pt sessions, anatomy and physiology and also once a month presentations on non related topics, further to this, provide advice on diet and nutrition, provide interactive and fun lessons on human anatomy and physiology, organize various sporting competitions throughout the training year and have other important tasks to aid in the smooth day to day operation of the gym. As part of employee development, once every month employees would organize large scale sporting events, these are given to employees to challenge their organizational abilities, people skills, computer skills and to give the employee more self confidence in their own abilities, being capable and successful in these events proves employees are ready for promotion.

Worked at a foreign language pilot school for a short period of time, along with four other foreign teachers. Responsibilities included; lesson planning, 14 teaching hours per week through Mon-Fri, attend staff meetings, English corner twice per week, optional courses developed by the foreign teachers, syllabus development, and provide as much social interaction with the students during school hours as possible.
Due to the schools unavailability of being able to provide a working Z visa, this position was closed after only a few short months.
