Teaching Philosophy and Professional Profile:
As a motivated ESOL teacher, I believe I have a significant role to play in helping students develop the self-confidence and self-esteem that will help them become keen and effective language learners. I believe that the teacher should be engaged with students and provide adequate attention to each and every student.
A good language lesson starts with a teacher who is knowledgeable with the language he / she is teaching. At the core of my language teaching philosophy is a genuine enthusiasm for exposing students to learning experiences that allow students to effectively retain teachings and reinforce understanding of information and language concepts.
I am also committed to proactively managing relationships with my work peers. I would hope to become a trusted and useful colleague to other teachers and to support staff at the school.
