Responsibilities I was responsible for teaching ESL to Grades 3 - 6 in three schools. I was also
responsible for delivering the course syllabi, preparing teaching materials for the
English Department curriculum, preparing students for national speech contests,
running after-school workshops, attending regular performance meetings, cohort
assessments and faculty meetings, as well as various other responsibilities. I also
devised and conducted the summer and winter English camps. The student levels
ranged from beginner to lower intermediate, with around 15 students per class.

SECURITY INDUSTRY AUTHORITY
Customer Support Officer
Responsibilities The SIA is the organisation responsible for regulating the private security industry
in the UK. This was a multi-disciplinary role, which involved assisting business
clients with queries regarding their accounts or the legislation governing their
sector. This involved a large amount of investigative work, a high level of relevant
legislative knowledge, and strong time management. It also required a high level
of literacy and a confident approach, as Company Directors were often the first
point of contact. This role also required strong IT skills, due to the company's
multimedia focus.

English Teacher
Responsibilities This was a part-time position, teaching Business English to a class of six adultstudents. Student levels ranged from lower intermediate to upper intermediate. I
was responsible for adapting the course syllabus, preparing course materials to
meet the specific needs of the company, and the preparation of the students for
the BEC Preliminary test. I developed multimedia materials for this course,
including interactive whiteboard and Prezi presentations.
May 2012 - April 2013 AYUTTHAYA WITTHAYALAI SCHOOL
English Teacher
Responsibilities I was responsible for teaching ESL to Grades 7 - 12 in a public secondary school,
with around 4,900 students. This included full responsibility for the design, writing
and preparation of the course syllabi, tests and materials. I was also responsible
for the coordination of subject examination metrics across my classes. I also held
workshops and organised and participated in the summer camp. Classes ranged
from beginner to intermediate, with between 35 and 60 students to a class.
March 2009 - April 2011 TRANSPORT FOR LONDON
Correspondence Officer
Responsibilities TfL is a government department, responsible for London's transport system. This
role had a strong investigative focus, often involving liaising with multiple
transport departments and using various forms of evidence including CCTV and
digital records to resolve complex queries. I was responsible for queries from MPs,
journalists and government officials, and for enquiries made under the Data
Protection Act. Attention to detail and a high degree of literacy, grammar and
organisation were required, as well as strong IT skills.

Customer Account Manager
Responsibilities Barclaycard are one of the top 10 largest credit card companies in the world. This
position involved the management of client accounts, and maintaining strong
customer relationships whilst providing support. It required working to tight
deadlines and targets, project management, and strong presentation and
organisational skills; I needed to be self-assured and well-prepared. I also needed
to analyse sales data, provide sales strategies and network effectively. I
consistently met and exceeded my targets in my role.
