Responsible for investigating and resolving banking complaints between Royal Bank of Scotland and its clients in line with industry best practice standards.

Liaising with different business departments and interrogating available IT systems to establish and document the chronology of events related to the complaint.

Researching and analysing business manuals, procedures and complex screen shots in order to determine complaint outcome and resolution.
