I was responsible for the day to day needs of the passengers, organising sight
seeing trips etc. as well as dealing with Hotel managers, staff and drivers.
This involved working long hours and having to think on ones feet because
solutions to problems had to be found quickly.
Every year for the past 20 years taking school groups skiing to France, Austria
or Italy. Organising local ski school instruction, evening entertainment and
generally making sure the group have a rewarding and happy time on holiday
and dealing with any problems during the week for the staff, party leaders,
coach drivers, hospitals/accidents etc...
