Trained fellow Premium agents and FL agents in different programs such as ITRC, CERT and case specialist. Processes and tasks handled include: FW upgrades, maintenance and set up of multifunctional printers, set up and configuration of the SW features such as fax, email, copies, LDAP and Kerberos authentication, drivers and print job settings.
