Proactive and dynamic HR graduate. Possess 3 years experience in a customer service
role (retail/construction) developing transferable skills including communication,
commercial awareness and organisational skills. Experience in working in a variety of
team settings combined with the ability to deliver results, and a passion for service

shop floor duties where achieved in the retail sector while achieving sale targets.
I interacted with staff and external service providers and clients in the construction
industry to deliver results according to their needs/requirements.
Team work:
I have undertaken cooperative and successful teamwork as part of my degree
(producing group presentations and essays with up to 5 people), during my work in
retail (work as a team of 15 to cover various roles on the sales floor to exceed sales
targets by 3%), during my work in construction liaise with various stakeholders to
ensure that value is added.
