As a member of Stay Bigel (throught a provision service contract) I moved from Bilbao to Valencia in order to be part of the
coaches’ team to work as a teamcoach of the first and second year teams of LEINNs bachelor’s degree. This were my
responsibilities:
• Monitor their learning process, coach and guide the team leaders team, assist and supervise the team sessions,
creation of dynamics to improve their learning capability.
• Be in charge of the content creation and management of social media of LEINNs bachelor’s degree in Valencia in
order to publish the activities carried out by the students as well as for recruiting new students.

Stay Bigel S.L.L. was founded by seven members (some of them former founders of Igloo Bilbao) and currently has
two employees. In 2013 inside the framework of the Mondragon University’s bachelor’s degree LEINN (Leadership
Entrepreneurship and Innovation). The shared vision and values motivated us to build the company in two main areas:
Education and HR consultancy for companies. In Bigel I worked in the development of innovative education programs
and in the solution of business challenges throughout intra-entrepreneur teams.
This were my responsibilities:
• In the education department:
o GaztEkin project: We have taught more than 200 workshops in more than 40 high schools in the
Basque Country, Spain and in China. We have specially collaborated with the city townhall of
Portugalete developing a specific program with longer workshops adapted to vocational training
students. We also organized and dynamized the final event attended by the different 12 educational
institutions of the city and even by the major of the city.
o UIC (International University of Barcelona): We organized and developed a dynamic with the students
of the business faculty, so they could create innovative entrepreneurial projects to solve the different
challenges of two local companies.
o University of Vigo: We were the main protagonists of a talk called “Entrepreneurial Attitude” in the
engineering and philology faculty of this university of Vigo, another important city of Spain.
o 3DIRA project for the local ministry of education of the Basque Country (Gobierno Vasco):
I was leading the organization and planning of the final event as well as being one of the creators and
facilitators of the different workshops related to STEAM topics (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art
and Math) for more than 377 primary school students.
I was also in charge of the participation of the vocational studies students that were involved in the
training of some parts of the workshop.
o Ikezi project: This project aims to create consciousness about the importance of early detection and
development of talented and gifted children in the Basque Country, especially in primary schools. I
worked in the sales area, recruiting more schools that want to be part of the pilot trial during the 2018-
2019 school year.
• In the consultancy department:
o I continued working for Bellota on the projects we launched for the graduation project: Creating an
internal newsletter and the launching of a prototype for the identification of talented workers inside
the organization (in the area of HR). Both projects were co-created with the different HR departments
that the organization has across the globe.
o Selling process, creation and dynamization of a business working session for the corporation Jimenez
Maña (Seville, Spain) for the digitalization of the HR area.
Intensive Chinese language student | One semester

During this semester I will attend the intensive language program in order to get the highest Chinese proficiency level that I can.
As I passed my HSK4 certificate in June this year (217/300), I expect to obtain the HSK5 certificate by the end of the program as
well as the Intermediate HSKK speaking test:
• 36 academic hours per week, from 8:00 am until 3:00 pm (Fridays 8:00 am-11:20 am).
• Intensive reading, listening, conversation and HSK practice classes.
