Working as a part-time Mathematics Tutor, which involves cooperation, communication and listening skills. I am extremely dedicated to share my numerical knowledge to others, by preparing work for them and reflection activities to complete, to make sure they understand the work to their full potential.

Answering general enquiries, recognising when a client may not be claiming what they are entitled to, and referring them to a specialist if further support is needed. Keeping the client’s confidentiality, remaining empathetic and helping the client, in order to assist them with essential information.

Worked as a part-time barmaid, interacting politely with customers, to maintain excellent customer service. Working in a team-based culture, to provide a fun and friendly environment for customers.
