Another company I'm working for is a Training Center. It's professional English school
and it's program is focused on teaching children standard, clear accent and building speaking skills from the very first steps. My students there are kids from 3 to 10 years and classes are no more than 10 children.
My colleagues there are professional teachers with U.S. Diplomas in Education and I picked up from them a lot of useful tips and methods, especially in classroom management and children's behavior.
Also I attended advanced training for teachers held by supervisor from Shanghai, who has more than 15 years experience of teaching in China.

Now I'm working for 2 companies in Suzhou and one of them is a Private Kindergarten. We have big classes there, usually it's more than 30 kids in each class. From this job I've already got vast experience in classroom management as in really short time I need to ensure that all 30+ kids can follow the course, pick up correct pronunciation and don't get bored. Parents are highly satisfied with me performance as well as my employer. Recommendations are available on-request.

After two years of being a private tutor for children and adults I was asked by top management of the "Dostoevsky hostel" to teach English to their staff.
The specialization of this company is hospitality industry, therefore it is essential for their team to be able to communicate in Enghlish.
In addition, hostel management was interested in some worthwile activity they might be able to set up based on their environment. That is why we decided to start special English course for kids. Within this course I provided specifically designed program which included a lot of games, engaging activities and role-playing. According to my education I am a scriptwriter so I was able to adapt English plays into appropriate for my students level and create my own scenarios.
Responsibilities:
- Group lessons for hostel staff (Business and General English) twice a week;
- Preparation for the lessons (finding proper materials);
- Organization of English course for kids;
- Providing group lessons for kids twice a week;
