My focus was on speaking, Creating, dialogue for students to interact with each other, fostering confidence so that students would communicate in English. The class room environment was relaxed and student friendly. We followed the Head Way curriculum and used visual aids such as white boards.
September 2011 –July 2012 ESL Teacher University of Hail Hail, Saudi Arabia At the University of Hail I also taught in the Preparatory program as an ESL teacher. We used the Cambridge curriculum. We also incorporated the IELTS program eg. Listening. Reading, Writing and Speaking as part of our curriculum. My students were very fond of me and we arranged some field trips as extra-curricular activities. They received good grades and progressed to their second year of academic studies.
