Information Resource Coordinator/ Help Desk Support
Implement, maintain and provide quality control for daily operations of electronic learning and broadcast services programs.
Technical support for all Distance Learning and Audio/Visual equipment e.g. (monitors, recorders, projectors, public address systems, IP video, closed circuit television, satellite uplink/downlink programs and interactive broadband transmissions.)
Provide faculty, staff and students with basic and technical support for computer problems related to student email, web advisor, blackboard, campus to campus video broadcast delivery, online course help desk services and serve as a testing center proctor.
Provide technical support for set-up of Satellite classes, Video conference classes and Special events on campus.

Establish and direct IT goals, policies and procedures.
Manage all aspects of network: Servers, PC's, phone systems and office machines both on and off-site, including configuration, maintenance, support, troubleshooting, repairs and upgrades in a growing corporate environment.
Develop and implement standards and procedures relating to information security, systems functionality, disaster recovery, database protection and software policy.
