Sesame Street English is a famous American education brand established by non-profit organization Sesame Workshop. Sesame Street English aims to provide the best education to the children between 3-12 years old worldwide with a state-of-the-art EFL Program using English-immersion instruction in a fun, exciting context. We are the 4th center of sesame street English in Nanjing, and the newest, too. This is a young team with great enthusiasm and teamwork ability to manage this school. Our Chinese teachers are very experienced at teaching 3-6 years old kids, and other fellows are very nice, too.

招聘条件：

外教国籍：母语, 北美优先

外教学历：本科

外教个人情况：性别不限，年龄35岁以下

合同期：一年

外教资历：有TESOL或TEFL证书，并且从事少儿英语教育经验1年以上（如果没有TESOL或TEFL证书，需要有较高的授课水平）

工作内容：

工作时间：每周安排大约14节课，每节课60分钟。周一、二休息。

教授课程：主要教授芝麻街独有的价值观课程，另外还有一些Demo课、绘本课和活动课

学生年龄：3-6岁

班级人数：小班制，每班8-12人

坐班情况：坐班，每周工作34小时，上班时间与教学主管具体沟通

薪资待遇：

薪资和发放方式： 12k-14k，根据面试表现确定，每月5-10日发上一月工资

住宿：提供住宿

假期休假：提供一年共30天的回国探亲假期

机票报销：报销一次回国往返机票（需工作满半年）

签证办理：外教自带签证

医疗和意外保险：一份意外保险

旅游和交通：自行解决

助教：每节课会有一名中国助教辅助

受聘方如有家属随行，费用自理。

外教中介佣金和发放方式：

每个外教的悬赏赏金为6000元整，外教到岗30日内支付给外教中介机构

注意：

外教三个月内因自身原因或外教中介方原因离职，需要免费换一名。
