浙江省温岭市领英英语招聘一名英语外教

单位简介：

Created in this year, actually we are very young English Training firm specialized in kids below teenage.  
"Leading English 岭言幼儿英语" is from Shanghai, however, the majority teaching location would be in Wenling, Taizhou, Zhejiang Province. (about 3.5 hours from Shanghai )  
We are professional; most of us have the experiences teaching children. 
We are brave, most of us are from Shanghai, in order to bring the pure native language study methods to the children in Wenling, we get our foot on the ladder. 
We are enthusiastic, we are full of energy, we are all 80 generation employees, we dare to try, we dare to innovate, we welcome teachers and employees from different countries, we can learn and progress together. 
Our purpose is to help children to understand different logical, culture, mindset and the way of thinking behind the language and to cultivate them have interests in English and for them will have a good foundation before their elementary and middle school. 

学校位于温岭市，本期招聘外教1名，越快到岗越好，2016年11月14日更新

招聘条件：

（1）外教国籍：发音纯正的外教即可

（2）外教学历：本科及以上

（3）外教个人情况：

（4）合同期：一年一签

（5）外教资历：有TEFL/TESOL证书，有教学经验最好

工作内容：

（1）工作时间：每周安排大约8节课，每节课90分钟（中间休息15分钟）。主要在周六、日上课，平时会有1-2个晚上各上一节课。

（2）教授课程：英语

（3）学生年龄：3岁到18岁

（4）班级人数：小班制，每班不超过8人

（5）坐班情况：除上课时间外，不坐班。

薪资待遇：

（1）薪资和发放方式： 8000以上，可以协商。每月30号发放工资，不满一月的按天计算

（2）住宿：免费提供单身公寓

（3）假期休假：每年有15天带薪休假，需提前2周通知校方

（4）机票报销：无机票报销，每月免费提供温岭-上海往返火车票2张

（5）签证办理：三个月试用期后签合同，合同签满一年帮助办理工作签证， 若工作签期间离职，需扣除相应工作签费用

（6）医疗和意外保险：有医疗保险

（7）旅游和交通：

（8）助教：有一对一助教

（9）受聘方如有家属随行，费用自理。

外教中介佣金和发放方式：

每个外教的悬赏赏金为8000元整，外教到岗30日内支付给外教中介机构

注意：

外教三个月内因自身原因或外教中介方原因离职，需要免费换一名。
