We are located in Yushan county where is very close, 40 minutes to the Sangqing Mt. in Shangrao of Jiangxi. Sangqing Mt. is a famous origin of Taoists. It is not only the national 5A level scenic spots, but also the first World Natural Heritage of Jiangxi province. Besides, Sanqing Mt. was formally included in the UNESCO(Untied national Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization) list of World Geological Park. The weather here is just perfect, no typhoon, and no earthquake but only blue sky.
Our English training center is built in a new multiple- shopping center called Macrojoint European Castle where also contains children’s playground like bouncy castle, Ferris wheel, swimming pool, water park and so on. We came from Taiwan and worked here since 2011. Presently, we are seeking for an experienced English teacher who is better a native speaker and enjoy in dealing with children. It is a full-time job, 20 working hours per week. The salary we offer is around 9k to 10K, the annual bonus will be available depending on the turnover. One or two years working contact is required.
Being a new opening English training center, there are a lot of preparatory works and it is a big challenge to us; therefore, we need not only a teacher but also a partner who is willing to work together with us to achieve the aim. 招聘条件：
1、外教国籍：母语系国家 美/英/ 加拿大/澳大利亚/纽西兰
2、年龄及性别：20~45岁 , 性别不拘 (但最好是女性,因为初期对象是幼儿及少儿)
3、合同期限： 一年
4、学历要求：大学或专科以上学历
5、招聘数量：一名
工作内容：（如：教学内容，课时数、学生年龄，课表安排，坐班与否，班级数，班级人数等等）
6、工作安排：幼儿及少儿英语
7、教授课程：每周20~25小时, 依培训中心实际营运状况调整
8、学生年龄：5-12岁
9、班级人数：10-15人左右
10、坐班与否：不需坐班, 但除了上课外，有时必须配合中心协助招生
薪资待遇：
1、 月薪： 有相关工作经验者 试用期: RMB 9000元/月, 正式每月10000元/月
无相关工作经验者 试用期: RMB 8000元/月, 正式每月9000~10000元/月 试用期: 一个月
工资将于每月 10 号前发放，外籍教师将根据中国政府纳税标准规定交付个人所得税。
2、签证办理：因为是新成立中心所以1~2年内须自理
3、其它补助: 待议,依外教实际表现状况再议
4、节假日: 除了一般正常的周六日外, 依国家规定节假日放假
5、每周休息时间：每周两天休息, 周六、日须上班
6. 机票: 一年后若双方愿意续约，可提供返乡机票补助2000元
7、住宿：校外套房家俱全、网络安装、水电费用自理
8、保险费用：意外保险
9、受聘方如有家属随行，一切费用由受聘方自理。
10. 学校环境优美、空气和水质都很好、距离三清山(世界文化遗产)大约开车40分钟，附近除了三清山外有七个世界景点区（三清山、黄山、庐山、武夷山、龙虎山、龟峰、江郎山）的中心位置
11. 交通便利: 为经三清山景区必经之路口，同时也是沪昆、京台高速公路、沪昆、京台高铁的交会点，2014年底高铁即将通车。学校距沪昆高速公路800公尺，三清山高铁站6公里。
外教中介佣金和发放方式： 人民币五千元整
每个外教的悬赏赏金为5000元整。外教到岗后两周内支付。外教3个月内走掉需要免费更换一名。
