 浙江横店影视职业学院是浙江省目前唯一以“影视”为特色的高职院校，地处全国首个国家级影视产业实验区——浙江横店影视产业实验区。学院坐落于被誉为“中国好莱坞”的横店影视城内，是省级文明单位、浙江省平安校园、浙江省先进基层党组织、全国民办教育先进集体。

 学校占地580余亩，下设表演艺术学院、影视制作学院、文化经济学院、旅游与创意学院、继续教育学院共5个二级学院。学校立足市场需求设置专业，设有戏剧影视表演、摄影摄像技术、广播影视节目制作、音乐表演、人物形象设计、表演艺术、艺术设计、旅游管理、导游、新闻采编与制作、电子商务、服装表演、工艺美术品设计、文化市场经营管理、影视动画、影视编导、会计等23个专业，其中摄影摄像技术、广播影视节目制作为省级优势专业，摄影摄像技术、戏剧影视表演、会计、人物形象设计、导游、影视编导为省级特色专业。学校各种教学生活设施先进完备，建有能满足教学需要的63个校内实训室和74个校外实习实训基地，影视演艺实训中心、影视制作梦工场、影视管理实训基地、旅游管理实训基地获省“十三五”高职示范性实训基地建设立项。学生每年获得全国和省级各类技能竞赛奖逾百项，办学质量得到社会的普遍认可。毕业生专业基础扎实、动手能力强，历届毕业生初次就业率均超过98%，毕业生创业率居全省高职院校第二。学院与浙江工商大学、浙江科技学院、浙江师范大学、韩国又松大学等境内外高校合作举办专升本项目，为学生提升本科学历搭建广泛平台。

 学院依托全球最大影视拍摄基地的优势资源，积极参与各类影视剧拍摄与制作，在《琅琊榜》《宫》《大清宝典》《步步惊心》《甄嬛传》《美人天下》《芈月传》《老九门》《钟馗传说》《战狼1》《我是路人甲》《寻找雪山》《等你追我》《艺魂》等剧中均有我院师生参与担任特约演员、形象设计、摄影、剪辑、特效制作等工作。学院自编自导自拍自演自制的微电影《石头剪子布》获意大利菲乌吉电影节最佳短片奖和最佳编剧奖，并作为意大利第五届比萨中国电影节的开幕影片。由我院出品的网络电影《第46号密室》已于爱奇艺、腾讯、优酷等平台上线。学院影视制作中心摄制的网络电影《天机密令》《追鱼》由相关专业师生全面协作完成并如期上线。

 学院与上海戏剧学院、中国传媒大学等院校签署合作协议，在专业建设、师资建设、科研合作、学生培养、专升本教育等各个方面建立校级合作关系，与南京大学、浙江师范大学、浙江财经大学、浙江传媒学院等高校紧密合作，建立了完善的专升本通道，为有志深造的同学提供了广阔的平台。此外，学院还与台湾岭东科技大学、台南应用科技大学、大叶大学、龙华科技大学、大仁科技大学、韩国首尔艺术大学、韩国明知大学、韩国水原女子大学、韩国顺天乡大学、韩国又松大学等境外高校建立了合作关系，合作项目包括交换生、“3+1”联合培养、学生暑期夏令营等。

Hengdian College of Film and Television (HCFT) is the only vocational college in Zhejiang Province that is characterized by film and television. It is located in the first national state-level experimental zone of film and television industry --- Zhejiang Hengdian Film and Television Industry Experimental Zone. It is awarded as the civilized unit, the safe campus, and the advanced grass-roots party organization of Zhejiang Province, and as the national advanced collective of private education.

HCFT covers an area of more than 580 acres and consists of five secondary schools, namely School of Performing Arts, School of Film and TV Production, School of Culture and Economics, School of Tourism and Creativity, and School of Continuing Education. The college sets up majors based on the market demand. There are altogether 23 majors, including Performance of Drama, Film & Television, Cinematography Technique, Radio, Film and Television Program Production, Musical Performance, Character Image Designing, Performing Arts, Art Design, Tourism Management, Tour Guide, News Interviewing, Editing and Producing, Electronic Commerce, Fashion Show, Arts and Crafts Design, Cultural Market Management, Film and Television Animation, Film and Television Editing and Directing, and Accounting. Among them, Cinematography Technique and Radio, Film and Television Program Production are credited as advantageous majors of Zhejiang Province, Cinematography Technique, Performance of Drama, Film & Television, accounting, Character Image Designing, Tour Guide, and Film and Television Editing and Directing are characterized majors of Zhejiang Province. All kinds of teaching and living facilities in the college are advanced and complete, with 63 on-campus training rooms and 74 off-campus training bases which can meet the teaching needs. Film and Television Performing Arts Training Center, Film and Television Production Dream Workshop, Film and Television Management Training Base, and Tourism Management Training Base are approved of construction projects of “the 13th Five-Year” vocational demonstration training bases.  Each year, students win more than 100 various national and provincial skill competitions, and the school-running quality is widely recognized by the society. Graduates have solid professional foundation and strong hands-on ability. The initial graduate employment rate has exceeded 98%. The rate of graduates’ entrepreneurship ranks second in higher vocational colleges of Zhejiang Province.  The college cooperates with Zhejiang Gongshang University, Zhejiang University of Science and Technology, Zhejiang Normal University, Woosong University of South Korea and other domestic and foreign universities to set up a broad platform for students to upgrade their undergraduate education. 

 Relying on the advantages of the world’s largest film and television base, HCFT actively participates in the shooting and production of all kinds of films and TV plays. Teachers and students of the college act as bit players, image designers, photographers, film cutters and stage effect engineers in Nirvana in Fire, Palace, Esoterica of Qing Dynasty, Each Step Escape, Legend of Zhen Huan, Beauty World, Legend of Miyue, Old Nine Doors, Legend of Zhong Kui, Wolf Warriors 1, I am Somebody, Journey to the Snowing Mountains, Waiting for Your Love and Art Soul and so on. The Micro-film Stone Scissors Cloth, which is written, directed, shoot, acted and produced by ourselves, wins the Best Short Film Award and Best Screenplay Award at the Fiuggi Film Festival, Italy and is the opening film of the 5th Pizza China Film Festival. The self-produced online movie No.46 Chamber has been launched on Iqiyi, Tencent, Youku and other platforms. The online movies Secretary Order and Catch the Fish produced by the college’s Film and Television Production Center is wrapped in full coordination by teachers and students of relevant majors and is played on-line as scheduled.

The college has signed cooperation agreements with Shanghai Theater Academy, Communication University of China and other universities to establish school-level partnerships in major development, faculty construction, scientific research cooperation, student training, and undergraduate education, worked closely with Nanjing University, Zhejiang Normal University, Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics, Communication University of China and other colleges and universities, and established a comprehensive channel for undergraduate education, which provides a broad platform for aspiring students. In addition, the college also has established cooperative relations with Ling Tong University, Tainan University of Technology, Da-Yeh University, Lunghwa University of Science and Technology, Tajen University, Seoul University of the Arts, Myongji University, Suwon Women's University, SoonChunHyang University of South Korea, Woosong University and other foreign universities, working together in projects like students exchange, "3 + 1" co-training and student summer camp.
