国家外国专家局国外人才信息研究中心是国家外国专家局直属单位，负责全国引进国外智力信息的采集、研究、发布、利用及国家外国专家局电子政务建设。负责海外高层次紧缺型人才库、引智项目库、引智成果库、引智电子政务、外国专家测评等系统的建设，推进行政许可办理以及外国专家管理工作的网络化；定期发布国际人才供需信息，服务社会引智需求，为国际人才交流搭建信息平台。负责维护国家外国专家局政府网站(www.safea.gov.cn)及中国国际人才网(www.chinajob.com)。主办《专家工作通讯》、《国际人才交流》(www.wetalent.com)杂志。负责中国国际人才交流与开发研究会日常管理工作。

        国家外国专家局国外人才信息研究中心内设综合财务部、信息部、《专家工作通讯》编辑部、《国际人才交流》编辑部、中国国际人才交流与开发研究会办公室。

中国国际人才交流与开发研究会是我国从事国际人才交流与开发的理论研究与实际工作者、社会各界积极参与者的全国性民间团体，其宗旨是通过对国际人才交流与开发理论及实际工作的研究，探索国际人才交流的规律，推动海外人才和智力引进，促进我国经济社会发展。

SAFEA Information Research Center of International Talents

The Information Research Center of International Talents, directly under SAFEA, is responsible for collecting, researching, publicizing and utilizing OEI information, and establishing the electronic administration system of SAFEA. The Center is also in charge of building up information databases of urgently needed overseas personnel, OEI programs, OEI achievements, as well as electronic systems for the administration and evaluation of foreign experts. The Center also makes efforts to promote the online administrative examination, approvals and management of foreign expert affairs. The Center provides information on overseas talents and related market demands on a regular basis, building up an information platform for international personnel exchanges, to serve the needs of OEI. The Center maintains and updates the SAFEA website(www.safea.gov.cn)and the website of China International Talent Network (www.chinajob.com), while running the magazines Foreign Experts in China(Zhuanjia Gongzuo Tongxun), and International Talent(Guoji Rencai Jiaoliu)(www.wetalent.com). It is also responsible for the daily work of the China Society for Research on the Exchange and Development of International Professionals.

The Information and Research Center is comprised of the Integreated financial office,Information Office, Editorial Office and Foreign Experts in China, Editorial Office of International Talent , the office of secretariat of the China Society for Research on the Exchange and Development of International Professionals.

China Society for Research on the Exchange and Development of International Professionals is a nongovernmental organization comprised of researchers, practitioners and people from all sectors of society actively involved in international expertise exchange and development. Through related theoretical and practical study, the Society aims to research on the patterns of international expertise exchanges, promote the introduction of overseas expertise and intellectual resources, and advance China’s social and economic development.
