Everyone know that to hire a foreign teachers are very difficult especially to get a more suitable one, it is more hard to do it, so once you got a right foreign teachers you really need to treat him or her good, cause it is not easy at all, so once you got one and the right one it is like treasure for you, so you need to take care of him or her very well and be nice to him or her, and to manage a good relationshipe between you and the foreign teachers, then you will feel how good it is to have a foreigner as your teacher and also your best friend, cause i had such a experiencens before, i have some really good foreigner friends and they are female, they really treat me very good and we be the most closest and best friends to each other, they tough me a lot of things, and i know more about them and their coutry, the most interesting thing is that they tought me how to cook their national yummy, it was really delicious and nice, i liked it very much, i really learned a lot from them, they even tough me how to make up and how to dress, this is amazing and i loved it, of course one of my best friend is come from ukraine, and all know that the ukrainian girls are very much beautiful and they have the most beautiful face and body in the world, so i am so proud to have such a friend, i know much better about them than the others, they likes dancing and make up, also they smoke and drink a lot so i guess is because their country is more on the north so they need to drink and use the alcohol to drive the cold away, so this is resonable why they drink and smoke a lot, all have a reason unless you willing to discover it, so i get it now.

I noticed one thing about the foreigners in china, that some even most of them are not seriouse, for example most of them come here is for girls cause they heard that chinese girls are more gentle and listen to their husband, so thats why most of the foreigners in china are working and by the way to find a chinese girl friend so that they can improve their chinese level, and learn more about the chinese culture and history and also know more about the chinese people, only very few of them get married in the end, most of them are just for a little while, and it is not a very seriouse relationships to get along with, so finally they ended up in the end, its the best end for them, what a pity, but it happens all the time, so for my opinion that i think the chinese guys are more seriouse than the foreigners, but it also depends on diffenent situations, can not be so completely, so its only few of them in china are seriouse foreigners and want to do seriouse things, it is not easy to find people like this, and when i get it of course i will cherish it so much, and treat them very well, so thats what i advice the others that once you get foreigners like this, please be good to them and treat them just like your family, cause you get to know him or her from the sea of people which shows that you and him or her have the connections and also you both have the fate to meet and know each other from the sea of people, so this makes us more that need to seriousely take care of them good, this is how i understand it and how i explain it, of course most people agree with my point of view and they do take care of their people very well, this is what i want to see what i want to hear, cause i have seen this case before by my own eye that a very good foreigner in china got cheated with the chinese people, and the foreigner is very good and paied true emotions to china to the people but look at what we did, we hurted her with our hands and detroied the good image of ourselves and out country in her mind, this is not good at all, this is really painfull, and i dont ever want to see this happen again, so thats why i said that you really need to take care of your foreign teachers or your foreigner friends, cause if they are seriouse with you then they deserve you to treat them better, cause they are not easy here in china and facing a lots of problems and they really need your help, so please be nice with them and give your hand to them when they really needed you, just be good cause you dont even know when in the future you will get their support back.
