Teaches English, Arts and Crafts, and responsible for making weekly plans, progress
report. Incorporate motivational incentives to instill confidence and encourage students
to do well in class. Maintain effective behavioral management within the classroom by
incorporating motivational activities such as sports and games. Provide supplemental inclass
teaching materials to support student developing knowledge. Prepare and conduct
kindergarten school programs such as Christmas Show, Halloween Show, Family Day
Show and Chinese New Year Show all in English language. Arrange and edit music used
in kindergarten programs. Make phone calls to children to further improve children
listening and speaking skills. Communicates with parents on a regular basis.
