Responsible for preparing individualized lessons with Chinese Teaching Assistant; preparing formal and informal assessments; coordinating class and school activities, functioning as a support to Chinese teachers and evaluating students. ITE is required to attend team meetings and follow instructional activities in addition: ITE will maintain adjustments in the instructional schedule as modified to accommodate center assessments and holidays. ITE are to perform bi-weekly staff and Profession Development, workshops or  presentations about current teaching trends and instructional theory  and method.
