CTP came to China in 2010 and establish afterschool English training schools in China- Creative Teaching Program. CTP China focuses on English training for 3-12 years old kids. CTP schools use learning material from Creative Teaching Press, Bench Mark and Starfall. CTP has established more than 40 training schools in China as of today.  CTP Qingpu center is a new established school in 2012. We use multi-media teaching material to teach on electronic white board to make the English learning a fun experience and full of interaction.

单位简介：

CTP school Qingpu Center was established in 2012. Currently we have 350 students age from 3 to 12. Our teaching team consists of 4 foreign teachers and 8 Chinese teachers.

招聘条件：

Job Description:

Teaching English to 3-12 years old kids in an English training school in Shanghai China.

Requirements:

Native English speaker, no accent

2+ years teaching experience preferably in EFL (English as foreign language)

Bachelor’s Degree

TEFL/TESOL certificate

Passport holder from US, UK, Canada, Australia

No criminal record

Open-minded, easy-going, enthusiastic, love children education

Committing to teaching in Shanghai for a long-period (one year contract)

Location: Qingpu District, Shanghai, China

工作内容：

（1）工作时间：每周安排大约20小时的授课时间，每节课45分钟。每周休息两天(尽量安排连续两天如周一周二，但视课程安排不能保证连续), 周六、日全天为主要授课时间，周中一般是晚上有课。

（2）教授课程：美华少儿英语(Creative Teaching Program)教学体系的英语口语

（3）学生年龄：3岁到12岁

（4）班级人数：小班制，每班8-12人

（5）坐班情况：需坐班，每周20小时授课时间，20小时坐班备课及参加学校安排的其他活动，共计40小时工作时间。

薪资待遇：

（1）薪资和发放方式： 13K-15K/月，每月10号发放上月工资。年底视工作表现发放Bonus.

（2）住宿：免费单身公寓。水电煤费用校方承担一半。有wifi.

（3）假期休假：按法定假日休息，但没有调休长假，无寒暑假，每年7天带薪假期

（4）机票报销：满一年报销3000

（5）签证办理：满足外国专家申请资质者可办理外专证。基本要求为：(1) 母语国本科学历。（2）持有120小时(含)以上TEFL/TESOL证书，或能出具连续两年英语教学的推荐信者

（6）医疗和意外保险：有

（7）旅游和交通：就近安排住宿，交通费自理。

（8）助教：有中文助教

（9）受聘方如有家属随行，费用自理。

外教中介佣金和发放方式：

每个外教的悬赏赏金为6000元整，外教到岗30日内支付给外教中介机构

注意：

外教三个月内因自身原因或外教中介方原因离职，需要免费换一名。
