There are a lots of foreign teachers （外教）now in china are from the east of europe, like russia, ukraine, belarus, romania, and so on, so the foreign teachers from those country are becoming more and more in china now, as we all know that they are not the the native speaking countrys（母语系国家） and their english is not good enough, their native language are russian language（俄语）, but they are aslo looking for english teaching jobs here in china, but there is something you should know that things are always balance to everyone, though they are not speaking good english and dont have a good accent, but they are having the perfect outside looking, like the girls are very beautiful and having angel face and the devil figure, which is also well knowned the most beautiful girs in the world, and more beautiful than the americans and others, so this is their big advantage, also the boys there are also very tall and strong and more handsome, so there are lots of schools in china now that looking for teachers who are like this, though they are not speaking good english that is ok, its only that they are having this big advantage so there are still a lots of schools in china want to hire foreign teachers like this, because as you know that the schools needs to do a lots publicity to gain more students into their school, so they need foreign teachers like this who can creat more attractive to them to have more students, and also the parents also wants their kids to study in those schools that the foreign teachers who are perfect, so in this case means its perfect for them, so thats why the schools wants to have foreign teachers like this, it can make them looks better than others.

I have a lots of teachers like this who are from russia and ukraine（乌克兰）, and most of them are girls, there are some can also speak english very well, its because that they are really good by themselves and they also have been worked or studied in abroad so thats why they can speak very good english and some are having perfect accent that just like the native speakers, so this is very good and it makes them looks like more attractive to the job filed, and also they are having and holding more possibilities than others, also their requirement is also very high, and there is a coomen thing about the foreigners from the east europe is that most of them are likes to work in the coastal beach citys in china, especially the girls, so i always try all my best for find them a job in or near the coastal citys, and also most of them are like to work in the warm citys in china, so not only the east europe foreigners but also the other foreigners, their most loving and working citys are the south citys of china, no one wants to go to the north cause its too cold and also have too much pollutions in there such like beijing and tianjin, so thats why they wants to go to the south citys of china, such like shanghai, suzhou, nanjing, hangzhou, shenzhen and guangzhou, but the problem is that most of the south citys are having a lots of foreigners in there, so it will for sure becoming more and more difficult for them to get a job in there, cause they are big and good citys in china, and they never need a foreigner teachers so bad cause they can get one in a very short time, cause there are so many foreigners in their citys, eccept the small citys in the south like the countys, they may need teachers in urgently and also there are not so much foreigners in their place cause its a small county of the south, so thats why they need foreign teachers so much in urgently, but the problem is that the location is not very good and no much foreigners wants to go there, so it becomes more difficult for those schools to have foreign teachers, and also they will really need time to hire foreign teachers.

Most of the times i like to get a job for those foreigners from the east europe, and also because they are not asking for higher salary, normally 7000-8000 is good for them , and they can start working as soon as possible, so it will makes them looks more easy to be hired.
