I have been in this fileld for many years now and i know very well about the visas to the foreigner teachers and how they can get the visas in china, and about the procedures, i know all about them. So normally z visa requires a chachelor degree and a tefl or tesol certificate, but the problems is that there are a lots of foreign teachers does not know about this at all, and some of them are even know nothing about tefl, they dont know what it is, so this is a problem, and also the point is they also dont know how to get a tefl for their z workin visa, so what i do is that to suggest them to get a tefl certificate online, and also if they dont know how to do it, then i can help them to get one when they are in china, but just need to pay for it, some foreign teachers are thought that the tefl is not so important, and it is just a very sample and easy certificate for english teachers that everyone can get one, but there is something that they dont realise is that this is the most important documents to get a z working visa, without a tefl or tesol certificate then you will not be able to get a z working visa as you wishes, we all know that this is a very easy certificate that does not need much more skills but there is something you should know that this is the very neccessary documents for z working visa, without it then can not get the visa, so i really want to tell all the foreigners who wants to have a z working visa then you have to really get a tefl or tesol certificate, otherwise you will not be able to have it.

The more interesting thing is that there are some school in china that not only requires the foreign teachers must have bachelor degree and tefl certificate, but also need to have no less than 2 years teaching expericences then the school will be able to consider about them and after finalise then can get them a z working visa, also every bodys knows that the z working visa needs time, normally it takes one month more or less, it also depends on the location policy in china that different places got the different policys, so it all depends on the schools and also the policys, so the foreign teachers and the shcool will just have wait, also there are some other things about the z working visa that you should is not all nations are able to get z working visa, for example the africans and middle east, but more interesting is that there are a lots of africans are having the z working visa and they did it by themselves, this is really interesting that we all know that the z working visa are hard to get and it really took time, but how does those blacks got a z working visa? Till now i still know nothing about it and i guess that they must have their own ways to get it, and also its not all the natives teachers are able to get a z working visa, and also there are some of them are even dont have a chachelor degree and also dont know what tefl is, also they are very poor in teaching field, so thats the problem and also its a pity that all is just because they are not good enough and even they are not good at in teaching, may be they just choose the wrong way to go that teaching does not fit them at all, so the result is that not all natives teachers are good, and not all non natives are bad, its all depends on so many factors, we when you get in this case you just need to analysis the situations, and give out your solutions.

Also we need to be very carefull with the documents that the foreign teachers submited, of course that the natives teachers are submit the real certificate mostly, and they are not cheating with the documents, so you are be rest assured with the native teachers, but aprt from them there are lots of fake certificate from the afrians submited, they know that they are black and from africa, and their coutny is not good and strong enough so they just very inferiority in themselves so they started to cheat with their documents like the ps, they just use somebody’s real documents to ps their own, in fact they dont have any real documents apart from their passport, and some are even ps their passport to natives, what a shame for them, also they ps bachelor and tefl but of course we will always recorgnize it very well, so they just can not fool us.
