There are lots of schools in china now needs lots foreign teachers（外教老师）, there are everywhere in china, in the big citys like beijing, shanghai, guangzhou, shenzhen and also small citys that is not as famouse as the big citys, but they also have their advantages like they have better and clean air and no pollutions, the life in small citys are more relax and enjoyble, in fact the smaller citys are more suitable for living, so thats why some foreign teachers mentions at first that they only want to work in a smaller citys but with good air conditions, and about the salary, of course big citys offers more and higher salary but they also have too much work to do, it will always keeps you very busy and no have much time for yourself and your family, but you can make that up with higher salary and also big citys are more challenging and also have more chances, the advantages to work in the smaller city is that they can provide a relax working condition and no much works to do and no much classes to attend, you will have more time for yourself and explore the city and travelling, and meet more friends and have party and get more chances to know more about china, the culture and the history and also can learn chinese language and got more chances to know better about china, so this is a good opportunity and there are lots of foreign teachers wants to get a teaching job（教学工作） like this in china, and they loves this kind of jobs and willing to take it asap, so now more and more foreign teachers wants to get a job like this, and dont want to work in the bigger citys cause there are so much presure in working big citys and they dont want to keep themselves busy all the time, so they want a better job and more relaxed with less works, so that they will have more time to expolre china.

To be honestly, to work in the big citys are not easy at all, cause most of them need native teachers（母语是英语的外教老师） and also need the teachers to be highly qualified and have enough teaching experiences, so this is not easy at all and also the big citys always have more than enough foreigners so to get a job in big city is very hard unless you are enough qualified to the job, then there will be a chance for you to get a job in bigger citys, so for the non-native foreign teachers（母语不是英语的外教老师） i suggest to work in the small city or work on the north of china like jilin province, heilongjiang province and liaoning province, so that will be much more easier for them to get a job and also get a most suitable job in china, the non native foreign teachers will have more chances in the small citys and in the north of china, there are lots of such kind of school which can hire non native foreign teachers in china.

To teach in the kingdergarten（在中国的幼儿园教学） in china, then first condition is that you must love kids and love to stay with them and play together with them, also it needs you to be more patient cause kids are always hard to control and they need you care and lots more patients, also there are always office hours required in the kingdergarten so you will have much works to do all the time and also need to talk and have conversation with the parents cause they need to know how their kids doing in the school and how is their behivior, are they good or did they do some bad and hard control things in the school? So all these things the parents needs to know and thats why you have to talk and have conversations with the parents, it is also part of your job too, so work in the kindergarten is not easy and also it requires the teachers must be young, and humor and make kids like you more and can always take care of them and paly with them, so there are some foreign teachers refuse to work in the kingdergarten just because of this, well i can understand it fully. So to work in the training centers is better than kingdergarten cause the students are older and easy to talk to and there are also training schools for adults only, so this is for the teachers who dont like to teach kids, this is the options for them, they can choose to teach in the training centers, and also there are public high and middle schools and university it is for the higher qualified and more experienced teachers.
